What happens to what you type

Vitark keeps your boards in a database on the machine it runs on. There are no accounts, no analytics and no advertising, and nothing you write is sold or shared for any purpose but the one below.

What leaves the machine

Thinking about a goal means asking a model and searching the web, so two services see part of a board when you ask them to:

• Google Gemini reads the goal, your answers and the cards it needs to write the next ones.
• Exa receives the search queries behind a question you run, to find the sources that become its evidence.

Nothing is sent until you press something that runs — typing into a box sends nothing. Each service handles what it receives under its own privacy policy.

Removing it

A card or a wire you delete is deleted from the database. The database itself lives on the machine running Vitark, so it can be wiped whenever you like. What was already sent to a service to answer a question is held under that service’s terms, not Vitark’s.
